7‑day return window — please contact us within 7 days of delivery • A 35% restocking fee applies to non‑quality‑related returns, as each piece is handcrafted to order • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unworn, undamaged condition • Custom and personalized pieces are final sale.

Canada: Free shipping via Canada Post. Signature required. Delivery: 2–7 business days. United States: $25 CAD flat rate via DHL Express. Delivery: 3–5 business days. Europe: $38 CAD flat rate via DHL Express. Delivery: 3–7 business days. Asia, Middle East & Oceania: $42 CAD flat rate via DHL Express. Delivery: 3–8 business days. Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, VAT, or import taxes. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Order Security: All shipments include tracking. All Canadian orders require a signature upon delivery. Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
