What materials do you use?

We use high-quality materials such as pure (solid gold), sterling silver, gold vermeil, or gemstones, to ensure your jewelry is durable, timeless, and beautiful.

Do you offer custom designs?

While our current collection is pre-designed, we’re happy to discuss custom options to create a piece that’s truly one of a kind. Please fill out the Contact us form and we will get back to you!

What is your return/exchange policy?

7‑day return window — please contact us within 7 days of delivery • A 35% restocking fee applies to non‑quality‑related returns, as each piece is handcrafted to order • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unworn, undamaged condition • Custom and personalized pieces are final sale.

What is your shipping policy?

Canada Orders within Canada ship via Canada Post using the calculated rate shown at checkout. Signature may be required depending on the service selected at checkout. Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days. United States Shipping rates to the U.S. are calculated at checkout. Orders ship via Canada Post using the service selected at checkout. Signature availability varies by service and destination. Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days. International (Europe, Asia, Middle East, Oceania, etc.) International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Orders ship via Canada Post International Parcel Air or Xpresspost International, depending on the service selected. Signature availability varies by country and service. Estimated delivery time: 5–14 business days. Customs, Duties & Taxes International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the buyer. Declared values on customs forms reflect replacement cost, not retail price, as required by international shipping regulations.

How do I care for my jewelry?

To maintain your jewelry’s shine and longevity, we recommend keeping it away from harsh chemicals and water. Store your pieces in a dry, cool place when not in use, and clean them gently with a soft cloth.

Can I resize or repair my jewelry?

At this time, we do not offer resizing or repair services. We encourage you to review your selection carefully before purchasing.
