Our Promise
Every BERKAA piece is crafted with intention, care, and premium materials. We stand behind the quality of our jewelry. All purchases are protected by our 1‑Year Craftsmanship Guarantee, which covers manufacturing defects only.
This guarantee begins on the date your order is delivered.
What's Covered
Our 1‑Year Craftsmanship Guarantee covers:
- Manufacturing or craftsmanship defects
- Loose stones caused by improper setting
- Broken chains or clasps due to faulty construction
- Structural issues that appear without impact or misuse
If approved, we will repair or replace your item at no cost.
What's Not Covered
The guarantee does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, tarnish, bending)
- Damage caused by water, sweat, lotions, perfumes, or chemicals
- Accidental damage (snags, drops, impacts)
- Lost or stolen items
- Damage caused by misuse or negligence
These are considered normal aging or external damage.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a claim:
- Email hello@berkaajewelry.com
- Include your order number
- Attach a clear photo or video of the issue
- Our team will assess your claim within 2–3 business days
If approved, we will repair or replace your item.
International Customers
Customers outside Canada are responsible for shipping the item to us for inspection and repair.
We cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced item back to you.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To ensure quality and consistency:
- Minor repairs (clasps, jump rings, tightening) may be completed locally in Canada
- Complex repairs may be sent to our crafting partner outside Canada
- If repair is not possible, we will replace the item at no cost
You will never be charged for the repair itself.
