We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us within this window so we can assist you with the next steps.
International orders may be subject to customs delays, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived within 4 weeks from the shipping date, please contact us. We will assist you in opening a claim with the courier. If the courier confirms the package is lost in transit, we will ship a replacement at no cost.
Packages marked “Delivered” by the courier are not eligible for replacement under this policy. For stolen packages, please contact your local courier or file a claim with your delivery insurance provider.

Restocking Fee
A 35% restocking fee applies to all non–quality‑related returns, as each piece is handcrafted to order. This fee covers materials, labor, and handling.
Final Sale Items
Custom, personalized, or made‑to‑order pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
